Works Database
This database contains a catalogue of all Tim Benjamin's work. For many pieces scores, parts, and / or audio clips are available for download through this database. Scores / parts are variously in Sibelius, Finale, or PDF format.
Downloads of scores and parts are made available free of charge on the following conditions:
- You may perform the work privately or publicly, live, recorded, or broadcast, without restriction, and may charge audiences without paying a royalty directly to the composer. However if you use a PRS registered venue you must notify the PRS, MCPS and / or any other relevant rights organisation in your country that you have performed, recorded or broadcast the work, and you must pay to them any fees which they require. In any performance or recording, you must clearly credit the composer and you must refer to this website ("www.timbenjamin.com").
- You may photocopy scores and parts without restriction. However, you may not publish this material (i.e., reproduce the material and sell or otherwise distribute the material) without the prior written permission of the composer.
- You may use any part of this music to create your own music. However, you must openly credit the original composer and you must continue to adhere to the other conditions listed here.
- Ownership of and all rights associated with the scores, parts, and compositions remains with the composer and/or the PRS (where applicable) at all times.
